Sir what if there is a+=7 expression, will += be counted as 1 token as assignment operator or +&= as seperate separate token??

you first convert it into a = a + 7, as before compiling there is a step called preprocessing where such operators called short hand operators are expanded, or simply you won't encounter such a situation
