I've been looking forward to this review all week! I love the use of the magnetic and removable pieces; they make storing the pieces so much easier with a smaller chance of something breaking. I LOVE the kids in costumes, the bat cars are incredible, but the STAR of the show is the lighting! Amazing piece! Great kickoff video, Doug!

I love the hanging bats in the background. And even though I know their eyes are not made to light up, they look like they do, so I think that is extremely neat and the bats to me are actually a huge focus point of this piece that no one mentions. Will definitely be getting.

So beautifully detailed! And it looks epic lit up! I'm glad it's not just purple and green! There's pinkish in the windows, yellow for the torch's, white for backdrop and top spotlight, and and red in the lanterns! Just goes to show they are listening the last couple of years ♥️

I agree on having all of the different colors. It adds a lot to the pieces and makes them so much more visually interesting, ESPECIALLY on carnival rides. Those should always be lit up well.

I just bought this piece and paid almost $300.00 for faster shipping. It looks amazing on these videos so I had to have it. I have no idea how I missed this piece when it came out, but I did. I can't remember exactly how soon after Michael's brings their Lemax stuff out for sale that the 30% off sign goes up, but if you can wait to get this for 30% off it'll bring the price down from $200 to $140 which is much easier to stomach. I think it looks great and I'd like to get it.

Hey Michael, in the past it was typically the buildings are put out late July and you get around 2 weeks before they are marked with the coupon. Last year was so jacked up that I don't even remember how that worked!

This is definitely the piece I’m getting this year! I’m kinda confused on the whole power off and on thing, should I be plugging this one into its own dedicated outlet in the wall for it to work? Does it just not work when plugged into a power strip? I have a few plug in Lemax products so if that’s the case I don’t know if I could fit this one.

hey Jared, the power strip/wall part doesn't matter. The part that matters is turning the building on and off from it's dedicated switch. Don't just turn this one off by unplugging it, you will do damage!

hey Doug, i was so excited to get mine, then I opened it....the side & bottom of 1 side was cracked & chipped, the company I bought it from refunded me 50%, I didn't want them to lose out on all that money, i mean it wasn't their fault, i glued popsicle sticks on the inside and put more felt on the bottom to secure it, good tip in the bat rides with the Styrofoam, BTW this is the 4th Lemax this year i've gotten that was broken or a part missing, what's going on with them??

Ive never heard about having to cycle towns and not plugging them into a power strip. Do you think thats something that should of been done with the piece ghost around? I know it was a popular piece to malfunction as mine did and wondering if thats what caused it? It would be interesting to know what pieces need to not be plugging into a power strip, I have a very large town and generally plug everything into power strips that can be.

I think the Ghost Around may of just been very poorly constructed as I can't remember if it had a power cycle or not!

Can the sound be turned off while the everything else is moving? Actually in you collection can ALL the different stations sounds be turned off and still be moving. I want to start my collection but I can hear the wife say, "Can you turn off the sound?! I want to hear my TV movies!" LOL
