This was a biased session . As it was only showing the best performances till now of that actress. For an actress who has done about 50 movies if 10 were extraordinary hit performances then same was the number of debacle too given by the actress . Not saying she is not a good actress but for that hype of acting skills created ratio of hit should be a slight more . Krish , pyaar impossible , anjaana anjaani , Yakeen , barsat, god tussi great ho , Drona , love story 2050 , zanjeer and many more are mere debacle in terms of her acting skill . I left that movie barsat mid way because of her poor acting . In Krish and likewise other movies there was too much of overacting.

Pri is so accurate and amazing. Her explainitation about acting is too clear . She has proved herself through her outstanding performances but bollywood is always biased towards her as she didn't get enough due what she deserved . They ignored her, her works and tried hard to ruined her but she never complained about it and only focused on her work and today she's not only successful bollywood star but international star.

I think Priyanka Chopra's last comment about the making of Mary Kom and also her comments on the making of Barfi demonstrate how excellent she has been in Hindi films and how awesome she could be as the lead in an American film. You draw out the best in the actors you interview. I saw this Priyanka interview, one with Shahid Kapoor and Nasruddin Saddiqui. And you care so much how a film goes that you are so with them in what they are taking about. Like the lead character in Filmistan, films seem your life. So because you like and care about Hindi films so much you probably don't miss anything and get to the bottom of everything. Americans miss so much about Hindi actors and their films because they can't get past spoken Hindi dialogues. And they don't really understand India until they take a chance on a Hindi film like Salaam Namaste, how close yet even better than Nora Ephron's When Harry Met Sally. Single Hindi words register in the mind as they are repeated in film after film and when you have the sound of the word, you go after the meaning but need the right romanized spelling. It's difficult but there is incredible emotional and mental truth to be found in many awesome Hindi films. And I think your film companion in 5 really discovers them and how actors create them.
