Normally it takes less than 2 hours to reach kohima from dmp but during hornbill it'll be 2hr +.Most important is bring warm clothes you'll freeze to death at nightime.

You keep on planning untill the festival is over 😂😂😂the roads from Dimapur to Kohima is perfect it ll take around 1 and half hour or 2,but traffic in kohima is next level,and do try to visit Chandmari Colony in Kohima thats where majority of residents are Nepali.
