The concept of less is more is lost a lot of the time. I would sacrifice sleep to go train thinking because I was doing something I was getting better when actually I was stressing the body out. Taking time to actually recover and do 2 to 3 quality sessions and recover inbetween I’ve noticed has made me stronger and faster.

Brilliant. Love the potty mouth too. Comedy gold. Great to see you at the Hyrax in London late last year. I do enjoy your mentality - it's been the same forever no doubt but I first saw it when you hit the Broken Skull Ranch. Keep on smashing it Hunter.

Great channel. I had some experience with modeling and gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises and as well as advices on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I really hate it. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

Biceps win races! Loving the mix up of content in the video. I was wanting your advice on if you could pick one thing to improve hyrox, what element would you focus on. I know I should focus on running (currently sub20min 5km and 42.5min 10km), my strength is good so the stations don’t take it out of me too badly. Would you focus on shorter interval work or longer aerobic base to bring those hyrox 1km times down. They are at 4:30ish atm but want them closer to 4.

You need a better engine. It can’t be done just by running. Check out haos training ultimate engine starting Jan 22nd
