lolita and natalia are MM counters, not just for karrie for countering karrie i recommend just buying blade armor and dominus ice, since karrie passive is HP based and these two items wouldn't not give you hp and perfect to counter basic attacks

i personally prefere to use masha against kerrie, she have a hard time dealing with your 3 health bars you deal a lot of DMG even when going full tank and also you can turn off her Basic attack for a few secounds
