Hi there, what temperature is the liquid (think is cider) I counterpressure fill beer and always do it with as cold as possible beer, but I heard is better with room temperature beer as well as bottles. Thank you

Why doesn't it flow (beer) even when the beer valve is open? it only flows until you open the vent.🤔

bottle is sealed and the pressure pushing beer is equal to the co2 pressure in the bottle. by bleeding co2 out through the valve, you create negative pressure in the bottle, and the beer flows in
