7800X3D (FCLK 2200MHz, SMT off, PBO 78'C, CO -25 to -15 per core)
8000MHz RAM (1.49V, 36-45-45-57-45-480, PDM off, GDM on, 59ns)
RX 7900 XT (1.02V, +10% PL)
FPS unlocked to check the framerate drop
No other players or bots in the game, but FPS drops from 700+ to 400+ when there are smoke and molly

btw for 7000 series best ram is cl30 6000mhz... am5 7000 cant be good on 8000mhz.. its bad 8000mhz for r7 7800x3d

When FCLK is 2000MHz, 6000MHz RAM seems to have good latency (lower than other FCLK-MCLK combos) but higher FCLK is more important due to the importance of Infinity Fabric bottleneck For my case, FCLK of 2200MHz would be the best with 6600MHz RAM (given most timings are tightened enough) Compared to JEDEC 4800MHz, 6000MHz+ tuned improves about 5-10% 1% lows. In Korea, ppl call it 1% low "defense" lol since it prevents dropping FPS further and I don't care much about avg. FPS since I don't like tearing and nowadays CPUs are all good. I've seen some ppl matched TeamGroup 7600MHz RAM @ 6600MHz, CL28 while FCLK is 2200MHz or 6400MHz, CL28 while FCLK is 2133MHz (6400 = 2133.3*3) or 8000MHz CL34 When the timings are tightened enough, all three (8000MHz gear 2, 6600MHz and 6400MHz) show similar avg. FPS and 1% low FPS. The difference might be 1-2% depends on the timings (1st, 2nd and 3rd) or motherboard (ASUS Crosshair Gene is still the best), so any clock that suits you is ok. little comparisons I found : kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6vTgJ9toMyolbssi=mPkX4Z0r8quCUgAh&t=479 Good side of gear 2 8000MHz is, some CPU voltages can be lower. Just from VSoC, 1.25-1.3V is often required for 6000MHz+ OC (due to high UCLK), it can be reduced to 1.05-1.1V and save about 5W which leads to lower temperature and power consumption, which also leads to higher and longer all core boosting core clocks. (or just cooler and quieter). MISC current seems to be decreased a bit too but it's small ~2W. Bad side is RAM could be pricier or you need to be lucky to pull 8000MHz. Hynix A-die should go to 7200MHz, but more that that is unknown per RAM.

I tried 6400 cl32, so I think it's possible. 6600, loose cl booted to, so may be that's ok for 2:3 ratio low latency

bro i have rx 6800 and much better fps) with 7800x3d 6200ram cl30 tighted all timings and gpu util is not always 100%

Extreme ppl have 6400 cl24 :D quasarzone.com/bbs/qf_overclocking/views/344839 that is about (6400, 24) = (6800, 26) = (7200, 28) = (7600, 30) = (8000, 32) more or less I think 6400 26 is very nice also, I'm using 8000 34
