I love the lighting in cs2, everything looks and feels like a real place, nothing feels like it's just floating there in a game engine, and the image feels cohesive.

R6 Is meant to capture the chaos of battle, usally after the fight the end result of the bomb zone looks like there was a gun fight, all CS2 shows is the bodies. Also he shot a destructible wall as a "door"

Really good point. In CS2, the aftermath of a battle feels like a killing simulator in a flat map, however, in R6 the map is affected in a way tracks and visual proof is left of how the battle resulted, giving the overall shootout more weight and value. Also, siege doesn't even have one single functional door (maybe some background props) and barricades is the closest but simulate sheer planks, not wood. I think showing actual wood made his example more clear in comparison to the CS2 door

I have 10 thousand hours of cs and 5 thousand hours of r6. and I'll tell you, for some reason the R6 has mibile graphics. This game already had better graphics. CS2, which is a current version of CSGO, even with the same maps just ported, presents more current graphics than R6. Look at the CS2 smoke and compare it to the R6 smoke. Look at the water in the CS2 and compare it with the water in the R6. I stopped playing r6 for a few months and when I started playing again, I was scared by the poor graphics. I don't know what ubsoft did with this game. As for CS2, whenever I'm playing, I never tire of being enchanted by the reflection of the lights on the weapons, by the physics of the smoke, by the lighting in some points on the maps, by the shadows of your character projected on the walls. But for you to realize the beauty of CS2's graphics you have to play at least in 1080p, most play in 720p. cs2, being a version of csgo, shouldn't be more beautiful than r6, but for some reason it is. When you enter r6 nowadays you realize you are in an old game. And I always thought this game was beautiful.

you cant compare both games bruh , R6 definitely has better breakable physics cause the whole game is design to be breakable. the recoil is also weird to compare since one gets accurate with hipfire the other gets accurate through ads.

But maps were he displayed "graphics quality" were from 2012 aka office, that map hasn't changed, it even has got downdrades in some ways, for example till i think 2017 windows were shootable and bullets left holes were windows were shot and rest of window just shattered and stayed till player walked through or nade exploded it or if player made bigger holes with bullets. And the small objects were more destructible, but in cs2 they really went for compettetive game type and removed a buch of stuff

Coming from an Environment Artist, R6 is one of the best games out there for it's graphics to performance ratio. The Environments are still holding up to our standards today and has really wwll lighting despite running ridiculously good on even lower end machines. CS definitely went in more what we can call semi stylized look. And the video certainly misses out on things R6 is made for.

Bro forgot that siege is about tactics and the ability to create holes in walls for better views and that the recoil is kinda more realistic than the cs 2. My guy, counter strike might be the og of competitive team tactical shooter but siege is just the upgrade. I love both tho... more so because i played counter strike 1.6 when it came out😂.
