Maybe I am only seventy five now but this is how my grand parents relayed their stories to me plus time in the service allows me to say.... this is as real as it gets. This was excellent acting... showing courage as it really was/is today even.

I don't usually watch modern westerns as everything looks fake, this film however pulled old style bravery into perspective, quite simply, a great western movie!

I had my doubts about this movie when it started and although these were not the greatest actors I have ever seen they gave their best and the direction was well done. I'd like to add that the locale and wardrobes were well chosen. Thank you for the surprise entertainment.

Modern no name actors trying to act. No name director/producer with no idea how to make a move. ESPECIALLY a WESTERN. all the GREAT producers/directors are dead. Its a dud.

Terrible on all counts. I can’t understand why anyone would be happy to release films like this. It’s better they don’t bother. I don’t need high budget, high action and special effects. The 1950s westerns had a good story base with interesting characters. There was a magic formula which made every film a success. This film lacked everything, from the characters to the plot. I didn’t know anything about the characters and actually didn’t care about them. The story was very weak and the enemies almost comedy like. It was background noise for me, nothing more. Shame as it had potential.
