Most people in Las Vegas bet with chips, but Danny “The Count” Koker bets with cars. This Sin City legend walks, talks and breathes cars and bikes. When he sees a car he wants, he will do whatever it takes to get his hands on it-including making on-the-spot cash offers to unsuspecting owners. On the HISTORY series Counting Cars, Danny and his team restore, customize and sell cars in a hurry, scrambling to keep their Las Vegas shop in the black. From classics to exotics, from hotrods to choppers, Danny and the crew of Count’s Kustoms will stop at nothing to find and flip the greatest rides of all time.

I loved everything about this except the motor swap. If I’m buying a 67, I’d want a 67 motor. I get that 200 more hp is great but without the classic motor, it’s just a good looking classic shell. Still, can’t be mad at it because that was GORGEOUS

My father imported a brand new 67 GTO from the States as they weren't built in Canada back in the day. The only other Pontiac alternative was the 396 equipped Beaumont SD which is also a Classic. My mother decided she wanted to drive the GTO so at the ripe old age of 14 I was assigned to teach my mom to drive and she got her license on the first go. I was quite proud of that being I had no steering papers myself.

Ok I’m gonna write that down. When should I check back? Seriously, if had the money and I was going to get someone to build me a car, I’d get a Chevy and have the guys from Iron Resurrection do it. Those guys do excellent work and Joe Martin isn’t trying to impress everyone with how cool he is. He just builds really nice cars.

I love the paint. I would need a matching 67 Stratocaster of course.

I'm currently trying to install a transmission in my 1968 Pontiac firebird I took a break because I'm struggling to do this job by myself, after watching this video I'm eager to get back under the car before the Bay area sun starts to bake me it's motivational

Get some help, that can be a strenuous job. Good luck from a Ford guy from Massachusetts ( but I'm a HUGE SF Giants fan, wear my Vogelsong #32 orange home Jersey every Friday at the office in Summer ).

Never watched the show before...but when I saw the 67 just needed to watch...the first reveal of the car was screaming restoration..a tear came to my eye when I saw the final...sure it was amazing but does everything need an LS...they slaughtered that car.
