My dad passed away over a year ago now, he used to only listen to country and classic rock. Counting crows brought us together when I was younger and we’d always just take drives in his corvette and listen to their first 2 cd’s. I’ll never forget those times…..

Adam's voice is significantly stronger now than the lives i saw in the 90s, his pitch is spot on. August & Everything After is a masterpiece, and the soundtrack to my marriage dissolving back in the mid 90s. The loss, the sadness, the hope and excitement of fresh new days, light, freedom, the loneliness... Thank you for posting this.

I’ve been into counting crows since their first album, they have been with me all the way since then on and off like a friend you don’t talk to for a while but then you see them and you talk for hours like you never missed a day. I’m 52 now and sometimes I can’t listen to them because it brings heartbreaking moments to the now and I just can’t handle it.

I totally agree with you! I’m 46, and I have fallen in and out of love to so many of their songs. They are like my comfort food. When I need them, they are always there for me.
