Their regular jersey is so damned dull and pretty much a rip off of the Rangers. It's like they don't want anyone to notice them on purpose. There's so much you can do with a Civil War theme and they just stick with a state flag, which was an already existing design to begin with.

Hi Sauwn-I couldn't agree more-this feature could have been expected to set off a firestorm!😀 Although he includes Hartford I think he really missed the boat be keeping out the Cleveland Crusaders (and I know that the logos has survived...that's all I can say. The Colorado Rockies were absolutely perfect for Denver.

As an LA Kings fan, I so much wish the team would do a retro jersey with the shield as the main logo. An all-black or all-white jersey with the shield as the main logo would be buys.

You were correct when you mentioned that the Hamilton Bulldogs moved from Hamilton Ontario to Brantford Ontario; but then second guessed yourself and said Brampton Ontario. The move however is temporary; only for 3 Seasons while Hamilton builds their new arena in which time the Bulldogs will go back to playing in Hamilton. I really enjoyed seeing a portion of your collection, and it is so cool seeing so many amazing jerseys.

YES, color vs color is better than requiring a white. NOW ,,,, every team should have at least one dark and one light ... then one team picks theirs and the other has to be different enough. I could see the Jets always picking white. Nashville picking Yellow But what sucks more than anything else is yellow vs white --- that combination would be banned.

When that Flames jersey with the so-called horse first came out I also wondered what it was supposed to be. I thought it had to do with Chinese New Year, like they have those parades with the dragon heads and that's what it looked like to me. I still think that "gold" on the Penguins jerseys from the early Sidney Crosby days looks like piss. Who wants urine color on their jersey? But the light blue Winter Classic Penguins jersey towards the end is nice. Ebbets Field Flannels used to sell one of those that was an exact replica of the original, including the original material, which means it was some kind of satin. Talk about a fantastic look. I bought one of those years ago. No name on the back in those days, but #26 for Syl Apps, and you couldn't get any cooler than Syl Apps. My jersey collection is very limited--I only have, I think, 4, and that's one of them.

I gotta admit, my favourite sports jersey/kit/sweater/whatever-you-want-to-call-it is the Statue of Liberty head the Rangers used. I've lived in Europe for more than 20 years, and Lady Liberty is quintessentially American from the foreign perspective; for those from North America, however, it is New York.

Lots of great designs in this one. The 2019 Bruins WC is my current grail since I never bought one when they were available. Too many fakes on ebay, and when the real ones pop up they sell fast. Also need it in a popular size so that doesn't help lol. Their 2010 WC is my personal top jersey. Love everything about the brown and yellow... plus is was an incredible game.

Do you have a Salem Rebels jersey? (Salem, Va., moved to Roanoke, Va. in early 70s). Dave Schultz played for them in parts of '68 and '69 I believe. The old EHL. I saw him play per my dad, but I don't remember since I was only 5 and 6 years old. The Salem Civic Center arena seated about 4500. The boards had chicken wire on them instead of glass hehe. I grew up playing hockey in this arena.

Great video! I actually just got myself the penguins 3rd jersey/ official jersery from 2002-2007. It's a CCM crosby captain jersey in really great shape! That was the jersery they had when i started watching, and to me, that will always be the true style for the penguins. I'm so glad it made it in your countdown!

Btw when NHL does stadium series, are they trying to make the jerseys look like baseball jerseys? That's the impression I'm getting. And many baseball jerseys have the name of the city or team on the front so maybe thats why it has it. Interestingly I notice that hockey jerseys usually have horizontal lines/stripes whereas baseball is all vertical. Would be cool if NYR, Chicago, etc. did a pinstripe stadium series jersey!

Whalers is also one of my favorite logos ever. I think the hidden H design is genius. I didnt notice until i was older, lol. Another similar one is the mlb Milwaukee Brewers logo from the 80s. As a kid i never noticed, only decades later i noticed the catchers mitt logo had an M and a lower case B with the ball as the bottom part. Also i agree with some you like n disagree with some but i do share your appreciation of the stadium cream colors. I dont know what it is about it but first time i saw a stadium cream i was hooked. Also love that iowa with the deer and the rose one, gotta get them both one day!

The horse for the flames 🔥….for the saddle dome maybe? Anyways, it’s horrendous to me….I personally do not like any of the white jerseys except the regular every day Detroit ones. One big thick stripe, red, love the rainbow lettering too. The Sabres home jersey is really the best IMO….and I like the leafs jerseys from 03 or so. With the blocked maple leaf not the new/old maple leaf…..the one that had straighter edges….I know you disagree but that’s why you’re you and I’m me….cool collection!

One thing I want clarification on is “kitted jerseys” do you mean blanks with name/number only or complete blank with no name/number and no crest? 90% of my collection are licensed blanks and have had them customized with an after market kit, usually from customize sports, name/number only to as close to team specs as possible. You consider these fake?

Thanks for the video Shannon. Im having trouble finding jerseys size 60. 56 would be ok but i like baggy and a sweatshirt underneath. Do you think 60 is popular format all the large folks out here or do they make less of the fringe sizes? Nhl shop and addidas and the team stores all seem to have the same pool of jerseys. Is there a good alternative to these stores? Sorry should have watched video first for alternative stores. 😅
