If one really cared for Jews, would one not also care for Palestinians who are abused, killed, and denied justice? Where are your lamentations for those whose houses are now being stolen in East Jerusalem? Do you not care equally for those peaceful worshippers who Israel attacked in the mosque? Israel attacked first even as it again carries out ethnic cleansing in East Jerusalem. By repeating lamentations about the injustice suffered by Israel this week, while ignoring the decades of war crimes against Palestinians, your one-sided pleas for help will never convince the God of justice. If you really cared for Jews, would you not demand justice for all? A broken covenant can’t be restored while homes are being stolen from mothers and fathers. It can’t be restored when the cries of widows and orphans are not heard by those who are now stealing their houses. If one demands justice for oneself - while denying it to others - it is not the God of Israel to whom he prays. It is a different God and the Covenant is broken.
