I broke my wrist two weeks ago and the pain and a tight cast has made it very difficult to fall asleep. I heard my first sleep story a week ago and finally, truly slept for 4 hours! I have listened to a story every night since and fall into blissful pain free sleep every time! I was just told today by the doctor that I am not a candidate for surgery and will have to live with a deformed wrist and lots of painful occupational therapy to regain the use of my fingers. Knowing I can listen to your stories each night and find peace and sleep means so very much Mr.Dalton!!! Sending a pat on the head to sweet Timmy!

Hi Stephen, I’m sorry it’s been so long since I’ve written. I’m still having trouble with my ankle that I had surgery on although it is getting much better. This morning at therapy I walked around one hundred feet with a cane which definitely put a smile on my face. For the last few months I’ve been listening to your stories for relaxation and afternoon naps. Most nights I listen to a Nidra Meditation you wrote called “SLEEP IN MINUTES “ about a year ago. It is totally magical the effect it has on me. Sometimes I’ll get through it most times ten minutes or so and I’m out for hours. So thanks much for sharing your gift of story writing. As always I hope for and pray for good health and joy for you and your family.

My mom went to Ireland for vacation with my brother. They backpacked through the countryside. They saw a lot of sheep and said many of them were dyed different colors because several farmers let their sheep free roam together. The color determined which sheep belonged to which farmer. She said it was like watching a bunch of Easter eggs hopping down the lane.
