I'm a electrician specialising in power generation. There is excess unused power involved in every kind of power generation. I work in Australia where there is a lot of coal and gas generators. These machines powering the grids have to operate close to full load for the longevity of the generators itself. Load banks (basically big heaters) are used constantly to keep the load high, these load banks are just wasted energy. Bitcoin mining is the perfect solution to this wasted energy. Obviously it's easily applied to renewables as well. All this energy is totally free and mining is slowly gravitating to all these areas, it's just the beginning! Understand energy generation and it will absolutely make you extra bullish on Bitcoin.

Pomp, Bitcoin should be positioned as a BANK that has it's own currency. Instead of stockholders benefiting from growth, equity is attributed to those who hold the currency. It's a robotic bank, a store of wealth. It could become a currency, but that's speculative. It IS a bank already.
