New to the channel and watching from Canada with a serious eye on buying a small bit of Kentucky land to retire on. This interview was the most interesting one I've come across on KZbin. This farmer is incredible. Thank you for the interview.

@@landandhomes Yeah, man. I wish you dealt with smaller farm/land sales as I am not in the "Christie's" bracket, but your channel is so informative and fun to watch!

@@colebastian2906 Helped people today get under contract on an $84,000 lot to build their dream home. There is no monetary limit to my willingness or ability to help. The only thing I need from my clients is a willingness to learn, to be guided in our process, to be honest, and to make the best decisions for themselves.

@@landandhomes Dude! No kidding, eh? I'm Canadian and am looking for combined field and forest land to retire on. Hobby farm and hunting is the dream. Forest trails for horseback riding. Don't care about a home on the land right now. Happy with a trailer until I decide to build a small home on it. Will be retiring in the next couple of years and looking to move down there so just looking for the land these days. Getting the ball rolling.

I like how you pointed out that he did a lot of work getting the land to a state where it would produce well. When we first bought a house site, we thought the land would be great for a garden because weeds grew so well in it. What weeds vs useful plants need out of soil are different things. He had good information for new farmers/homesteaders! Thanks!
