Imagine setting in the wings listening to these legends .....This is what country music is suppose to be, NOT the stuff they put out now. Not even close. Love these episodes. Just stars having fun. Many beautiful songs that were never heard often. Keep them coming.

From Thailand. I've been a hardcore fan for a long time of most of country family reunion episodes that i can find on youtube. Great country songs, great legendary singers & songs writers, great stories, great shows of respect & love among friends/ performers from differrent generations shared to the joy & warmth of the fans' hearts. Thanks to Larry Black & Bill Anderson for sharing these greatest gifts of the CFR shows to the fans around the world thru. KZbin vdos. God bless your hearts. But it's also sad to learning that many of these great legendary country singers & song writers had passed away during these passing years. But their legacies still can be seen & heard & remembered by these vdo recordings for the newer generations to know & learn from.

This music reminds me of my parents. God rest their souls. I grew up listening to this music and I love it dearly. I just like these artists to know that they are still loved and very much appreciated.

I thought I have seen already the best episodes of the family reunion series but this one tops it all. What great singers, but more important the friendship and comradery shown between the artists. It looks lilke that every one sings even better because of the exclusive audience.

I cry every time I watch these shows because I see how many wonderful real country singers we have lost and our true country music roots along with them. God bless them all and I hope if I go to heaven they are all there so I can hear them sing for eternity.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Mike Johnson (pedal steel) is one mainstay in Nashville. What record hasn't he played on? And he seems to be part of session bands for tv shows like these.
