Zach was put in the front seat of a squad car. How is that correct police procedure for an arrest or detainment ?? Who gets arrested and put in the front seat of a squad car. A CELEBRITY. If you look at the body cam Zach in handcuffs was able to take his phone out of his back pocket & make a phone call. Thank goodness he didn’t have nefarious intentions or this cop would be in trouble. He wasn’t properly detained. Zach was searched before being out in the front seat of his squad car. The Officer needs to be reprimanded this mistake could have ended his life.

There are a lot of legitimate reasons that people hate cops. I mean a whole lot of legitimate reasons. Reasons like shooting home owners when cops show up at the wrong address and are told to leave. Using tasers as punishment rather than to subdue a person. Using dogs on people who are complying. Shooting people for reaching for their ID when the idiot cop says "lemme see your ID." There are many others. This was not one. This was a spoiled brat actiing a fool. This cop did nothing wrong, and I dont say that often.

Hey them Craig County police have always had a chip on their shoulder though, especially with out of towners. 😅 Used to spend every summer there and at Grand Lake, and one time my uncle got pulled over after he took me and my cousins to get ice cream. Literally for going 57 in a 55, but he had Texas tags. He had on his Army hat and the officer asked if he's in the service, and he said "Yessir I am. Now can I get going? Just give me a ticket and let me go." The officer had him wait, asked where he was going. When he told him we're headed back to the Gambinos Pizza in Ketchum (my grandparents owned it at the time) from Vinita, he was like "Ooooh you know Don and Mary?! Well hell get on home. Have a nice day. Btw they know my favorite pizza. I'll be in tomorrow." 😂😂😂

And you would think if you keep getting put in handcuffs that you are the common denominator. The traffic stop was only like five minutes before he got out all impatient and everything. But here’s where he’s actually right, and the cop is wrong. If the handcuffs are hurting you then they need to be fixed. It’s not about discomfort to me, I don’t really care if someone is comfortable or not. It’s because it can cause permanent nerve damage which would cause pain and numbness in your hands for the rest of your life. If you put the handcuffs on Wrong, like the cop basically admitted happened, that can be horrible. Imagine having to deal with hands that are so numb they feel like they’ve “fallen asleep“ for the rest of your life.b

The handcuffs didn’t hurt . Go look up the complete video. He was given special treatment by being put in the front seat of the squad car. He wasn’t searched. He was able in handcuffs to reach in his back pocket and pull out his phone & make a call. No procedure was followed for detaining let alone arrest someone. He was given special treatment. The Officer should be reprimanded for making this mistake it could have cost him his life. He assumed Zach wasn’t dangerous. Thank goodness he was right this time.

As far as the cop the cop was totally in the wrong he had no reasonable articulable suspicion that he was committing the alleged crime of interference because he was talking to his friend in the car.
