Try to have a consistent upload schedule (unlike me lol) and think about what viewers would want to see. Titles, thumbnails, and descriptions are very important for getting people interested in the first place. You want to either make your content stand out from others in some way, or make it higher quality than other channels. Just one video that no one has done before and would likely get a lot of views is sometimes all it takes. The majority of my new viewers come from the first video on my channel, since it’s a very useful video, and now a lot of them have stayed.
