@@Tsuyira the reason is because Japan pre WW2 HAD to conquer other nations in order to get resources it had issues getting themselves a big one being oil which is single handedly the reason why Japan invaded Manchuria and Korea so not being able to do that IS the worst possible ending for Japan (Sorry I should have clarified I'm a history buff)

Fun fact: The centeral powers would have won ww1 cuz russia went neuteral in 1917 so Germany, Ottoman and Austria - Hungary only had to deal with france and britain and Italy. then Hungary got tired and surrendered, Germany felt like it had too many enemies and followed. If Hungary did not surrender ww2 would have not happened and Hungary and Austria would be a vast empire.
