I can give this 85% accurate but this showed how Thailand overcame to be Thailand this day. One most important thing, this pointed tha fact that Laos and Cambodia were Thailand's territory before becoming the colony of France.

More like tributaries than territories. There was no official Siamese nation back then before the Europeans arrived. It was Ayuddhaya then Rattanakosin Kingdom, where Laos (Luangprabang, Viengchan), Cambodia and parts of Malayu were clients states of the Siamese King. Siamese boarders were drawn by the French and the Brits in the late 1800s.
