Hi Kevin, thanks for another great episode, one of the reasons why I enjoy following your journeys along the canals is because you do most everything on your own including most of the locks, truly one man and his boat. I have watched several KZbin channels that claim to be solo boaters but have found they rarely are on their own they will frequently have family and friends on board helping them. I admire your courage and conviction to stay true to your chosen path despite the low patch in your life around the third series. Long may your adventures continue.

These shows go so fast! This is probably my favorite season. Less locks. -less work for you. Thank you for going into that town and taping the church. Wonderful to see that. It was amazing. This canal is very beautiful. Special.

So happy you decided to stop in Stoke Golding Kevin. The Church of St. Margaret just wowed me! Back in the day they really took the time, money, and effort to build something extraordinary. So happy your country or the people of the area take an active interest in preserving such a bit of history. Thank you for sharing this with us. Best wishes as always, Deb

Kevin, early this week I stumbled onto the Emily Jo. Lovely married couple and they were also stuck in the ice on the Ashby canal. When you encountered them, they announced shortly before you saw them, that Aslan and the Country House Gent was heading towards them. It was delightful to see Aslan on another channel. 😂 The church was lovely, thank you. Perhaps as the village is where the Tudor dynasty began they have kept it in good shape. Stay safe. Prayers.

Thank you, Kevin, for a lovely jaunt through some very pretty countryside. Loved the visit to the Church at Stoke Golding. The flooring, the design, the whole thing is a work of beauty. The stories that those walls could tell. Sigh. I just can't get enough of the gentle putt-putt of your engine and you move along. Has a sound that is very pleasing to the ears.
