[Countryhumans] COLD WAR || Complete MAP

Aaaaaa it’s finally done!! This was so much fun to host and everyone’s parts turned out perfect and they all look amazing together!!! Thank you all so much for joining! And thank you to the people who contributed art as well!
A bit about the MAP- It’s a PMV color palette MAP about (DUH) The Cold War. The color palette was meant to resemble propaganda posters from the time. I instantly thought of the Cold War when I first listened to the song (even before the “cold war” line that just sealed the deal) So I had to host a MAP and here it is!
I got a few questions like these on my last MAP so lemme do a quick q&a.
What is a MAP?
MAP stands for Multiple Animator Project. Different people worked on different parts of the video which explains why the art and editing style changes so often!
Who animated (insert time stamp)?
The last 2 minutes of the video has credits. Just look for the part you like and search up their channel!

St1ck M4n actually the USSR technically did spark the Cold War, Berlin was blockaded by the Soviets in the late 1940s and we had to do what is now known as the Berlin airlift to keep the people in Berlin alive (not to mention the trapped allies troops) and to keep democracy alive and believed in. By the end of the airlift 2.1 million tons of food and fuel had been airlifted in by the United States. So technically the Soviet Union did start it

I just noticed how the "name them off one by one" has US speaking into a bunch of mics, representing the large amount of news service and companies, but USSR is only speaking into one, representing the state run single news service, and the mic is of older model, showing how the USSR is backwards in that respect

I would say that sometimes we just treat countryhumans like fictional characters, and thecnically, that is true in the fandom(We're not trying to portray the countries like in a vacation propaganda or something like that). The characters personalities are based of stereotypes and opinions from those involved (Artists, writers, etc.) So, altough you can actually discover things about history in countryhumans animations and fanart(normally in a more humoristic way, but not always), people also just enjoy shiping 2 fictional characters without any historical context, and that's somenthing rule 34 alredy taught anybody using internet at this point. I don't get really mad at it, since it's pretty harmless, and most likely, it'll continue being that. People who ship countries that don't have a good history with eachother, don't actually care about that past, they just want to see some porn or fluff of (mostly)fictional humanized beings Kinda summarizing it: Some don't work with real life in here. You know what I really like? How they draw America with sharp teeth just as often as they draw USSR like that. Neither side is blameless, and it helps you remember just how much awful crap America's done. And I'm saying this as an american! Edit: I've seen a lot of discourse, and I'd just like to clarify. Growing up, all anyone would tell me about US history was how cool and amazing we are. When I did take off my rose-tinted glasses, I swung too far in the other direction. I just wanted to point out that we kinda suck too, and I've sorta forgotten reasons to be patriotic. I hope that clears things up a bit.

I love learning about the cold war,because even if a bullet was never fired it was still an incredibly important war,and it set the stage for the Geneva convention,and only ended because of unity...america stood largely united while the USSR didn't,and this is a perfect representation of that,I really like this

America won because it was the only one to come out of the Second World War without significant losses, like the whole of Western Europe, so they had the resources for ultra-fast development in terms of combat, and the USSR and Eastern Europe had huge losses as a human resource (by the way, all true communists shouted "Communists will get in!" and indeed they were in the forefront, which is why a lot of ideological fighters disappeared in political terms) and in the housing and production fund - the whole of eastern Europe had to be rebuilt... therefore, there were much fewer resources for development, and therefore a lower standard of living, which means a greater influence of the Western propaganda of a "beautiful life under capitalism"
