Hey guys. The mulch may be hindering vegetable growth. As for the potatoes, straw between rows may increase growth. Not sure if hay or grass is the answer. Maybe wait for Mr Green thumbs to comment because I'm not a gardening expert. Ants like sawdust, too. May be why they're hanging around. I hope you end up with a decent crop❤ Kenny

Good morning Jennifer, it will be interesting to hear when you discover what is eating your plants. The rhubarb looks happy. Enjoy your Sunday, Ben ☕️☕️

Could be slugs chewing at the plants. My potatoes are doing well, like yours. Have a great weekend.

There are so many things that can eat away at the garden vegetables. You gotta keep a very close eye to figure it out. The sawdust/ woodchips/ mulch may be the issue of slow growth if it is too acidic thus lower the soil ph too much. Have a great day!
