I have a toro grandstand with accelerator bagger and I made one from a harbor freight 8x10’tarp today before I went out and did leaves looking for a easier way too bag and found these videos. It worked great! Awesome idea

I just made one and discovered the same size issue. Off to get a 9x7. I need just over 7.5 ft around to fit on my grass gobbler opening. I’ll fold it the shorter side and use the 9ft side. Thx for idea man.

I had 2500 hrs. On my old mower b4 I sold it, and I only had to replace one spindle because I ran over a stupid rock. My current mower, has 1200hrs and no problems so far. I've been using marine grade grease, because I have a boat with trailer and I just buy it in bulk. Seems to be working out fine. Plus, keeping sharp blades puts less strain on spindles.

Going to make this. Two questions: Is the 5x7 not the recommended size any longer? When running this, are you mowing at a higher setting or lower than normal?
@CountrysideStrong3 жыл бұрын
All different heights and the tarp size depends on what grass catcher you're using. Measure the catcher
@jmlawncarelandscaping96763 жыл бұрын
@@CountrysideStrong Thanks. What size do you use for your accelerator? I'll be using the same Accelerator catcher, but the standard size instead of the 6.2 you have.

So you picked up all those leaves then drop them on the footpath so they can blow all over the place ? I don’t understand
@CountrysideStrong5 жыл бұрын
Nope. Once they run through the machine they're mulched, compacted so they pretty much stay in place. Within a day the town picks them up. And pay attention, they're not on the "foot path", it's a side walk by the way, they're on the grass between the sidewalk and the road.
@gregstickler37985 жыл бұрын
Countryside Vlogs no in Australia we call it foot path and wow your clippings get picked up Not here you either mulch or catch then remove and take to dump or tip which you pay for
@CountrysideStrong5 жыл бұрын
@@gregstickler3798 ouch, ok I'm sorry I didn't realize where you're from. Most townships here pick up leaves, debris. No grass tho.
