This is definitely one of those "Can't put a value on it" kind of ride.. I really can't even begin to think about a price and I will hope that he keeps it forever because it's that gorgeous!.

My family had moved to Oregon in 1971. Somewhere in the mid 70's, we had acquired a 1967 Ford Econoline van...baby blue...with ZERO interior. We painted it a combination of "Omaha Orange", Yuma Gold", and some banding of yellow with fogged-in metallic red. Did our own button tufted upholstery. Bolted some "slot mag" chrome wheels on and we were, as they say, "off to the races!" I wish I had some photos of that rig. We drove it around for years...before my Mom got t-boned in an intersection, which put an end to our Econoline days.

I had a '74 Ford cargo that I was slowly building and one of my brothers was using it for work...he got hammered one night and ran out of booze...instead of walking across the highway to the liquor store, he drove...he pulled out in front of an S10 pickup and the truck hit right behind the driver seat...no one was seriously injured, but the passenger had been in an accident recently where she had been seriously injured...I was soooooooo fuckin' pissed that he had almost killed that young couple that it took 3 large truckers to pull me off of him...then I went to work on his ass for the van...I had bought the van from a girlfriends father and that truck saw more action than the local motel...I worked with it, traveled in it, lived in it...I have owned a dozen vans, but THIS van had personality...I'd love to find another one, but most of them have rusted back into the earth...this one reminded me of my old one because mine was forest metallic green...if that old junk could talk, the tales that she would tell...

I live in Northen California to and seen it he drive's it everywhere that's what I like about this van he's not scared to drive it. Some people when they get there vehicle to that level of cool they are scared to drive it. I need to get picture's of my car up what I'm working on 1947 Chevy coupe stylemaster with the hand control's because I'm in a wheelchair and going to set up for my comfort, it's going to look old but modern-day up grades.
