Let’s not forget that we’re watching HGTV, they lie about things all the time to make the shows present better. Realistically this project probably cost no more than $75-80k and that includes a nice payout to Christina. With all that said, if I were in the position to have Christina redesign my home I would pay whatever she asks too.

They moved and added plumbing, walls and whatnot. $100k was their budget and Christina knows how to spend it. Walnut, quartz, terazzo, etc are high end.

Yes! I just made a similar comment that there’s a weird vibe between them. She has an odd tone of voice, like saying nice things, but there’s an undertone to it… he looks kinda henpecked or something

Too much money. I would have made one large spa/ retreat style bathroom with separate Wc and vanity, steam shower and freestanding spa bath Seems cluttered with the two small bathrooms. Resale value they prefer to say two bathrooms rather than one.

Because she can’t Stop narrating all of her design choices and her responses to each. It’s like she scripted everything in the one year since they finished the Reno on the kitchen. 🤪

I’m sorry but I WOULD NEVER spend 100k to remodel 2 bathrooms that ridiculous! I really do believe they be getting over on couples on this show. If you watch season 4 episode 6 they try to charge this couple 100k for just 1 bathroom on top of 225k budget that they already gave them to just remodel a kitchen and living room🤦🏽‍♂️ it don’t make any sense😒 people please be smart with your money & don’t get F over🙏🏽💪🏽
