The wolf guy was targetting Melanie but he knew he needed to use something that would grab a litrle child's attention. So he chose ice cream. The lyrics "He said I'll cut you up amd make you dinner, you reached the end you are the winner" and "let me take you for a joyride, i got some cookies for you inside" indicate him trying to lure her to get in thus resulting in her being lured to gwt the ice cream. After she was kidnapped by the wolf guy, she was forced to make him cookies hence the title "Milk and Cookies" and she knew she was being watched so when the lyric "next time you're alone, think twice when you grab the phone" played, he looked away to grab the phone giving her time to pour the poison into the batter. After the wolf guy ate it she had time to get away. Her whole album is a story and this is probably one of the darkest parts of it.

It wasn't actually a plot hole I believe, because the wolf answered the phone, but you can clearly see he looked confused as if no one was talking on the other end, so probably the woman who gave her the poison called the wolf to distract him

When Mel talked about her new album, she said something along the lines of, "Instead of focusing on Cry Baby, *the story may shift to one of her neighbors, friends, or just someone else in her AU.* Instead of having the story be about her, she'll probably just be the narrator." Basically, we can tell that in this AU, EVERYONE is having some sort of struggle or family issue like Cry Baby, and they all share the same childish but creepy-esque. This can explain everyone in the Carousel music video, the strange cashier here, and yes, how a wolf gets to sell ice cream and nobody will think it's weird.

My theory to what was up with the store clerk: The store clerk had been an earlier victim of thr Wolf, and she just barly escaped from him when he was on the phone. She saw the bad wolf ice cream man park his car right in front of the store once Cry Baby walked out, and she wanted to help as much as she can. she was afraid to tell her because she'd be afraid about the wolf getting suspicious, and recognizing her. So she gave Cry Baby the poison. The was a camera attacked to the poison bottle so when she knew Cry Baby was about to use it in the cookies, she called to wolf to distract him. That's my theory.

I've just done watching all your Melanie reaction videos, and guess what? I love them :D About this one, mmh, I think you should try and get the real meaning behind the lyrics, or (easier) the music video. Not a slave, not to make cookies just for him, not a stalker. There is one theory, I forgot where I heard it from, that Tag Your It is about depression. She is trying to run away from her depression, but she is tagged and can't escape it. Like she said, it chased me and it wouldn't stop. However, in Milk and Cookies, she is essentially killing her condition. She figures out a way to climb out of her rut and is set free from the horrible thing. Love you guys!! 😘😘

theory: so crybaby(melanie) was walking enjoying her day, cleaning up her pity party supplies, when she notices a wolf following her around, she becomes a little scared, but carries on with her day, the store clerk, however, was watching the wolf and noticed his patterns. she handed crybaby the poison. crybaby walks out of the store, the wolf stops her, gives her FREE ice cream (NEVER TAKE FREE ICE CREAM, OR FREE ANYTHING FROM STRANGERS) crybaby gets knocked out and the wolf kidnaps her. she wakes up in a toy box because it's a reference to being a puppet, he leaves her a note, she makes the cookie batter, checks to see if there is any cameras(in her view there was none) and puts the poison in he cookie batter (coincidence because she put the poison in as the wolf picked up he phone, reason for the lyric, "think twice before you grab the phone") and he comes and eats a cookie, he dies, but she pours milk in him, (reason for the lyric "drink your spoiled milk")

I think tat the cashier was kidnapped earlier in her life and she had a sister and one of the sisters sacrificed herself for the other sisters life so then the cashier knew that cry baby was thebest girl in town and the wolf was gonna get crybaby so she gave her the poison knowing that the wolf would demand cookies and then the cashier called the wolf giving her just enough time to poor the poison in the batter which led to le wolf being dead xD
