About the last video: People need to normalize other people misgendering them if it was said by mistake/as a once in a lifetime occurance without them getting offended. Not everyone is out to get them, and it must be so exhausting to live in a defensive/triggered state. People are allowed to make mistakes. And honestly, most people are not thinking about who is a they/them or a he/him or a she/her.

You are ON POINT! Completely agree that often times people aren't trying to be malicious or rude when it comes to mistaking pronouns (not saying it doesn't happen either). But you're right... I do think people need to be less defensive and understand that our society is still learning all these new terms and that people aren't out to get them lol it's really not that serious... I agree that overreacting doesn't help. But also IMO it's always easier to ask than to guess who people are. I just generally don't assume anyone's identity, so there's no mistakes. Works for me but YMMV

I feel ya, my girlfriend and I feel the same way about all this crazy non-b and trans shit. We are much more against it and believe it is hurting the LGBT community. The entitlement is THE problem.

The person showing the drivers license name is Dylan. I belive her pronouns are She/her (maybe she/they correct me if im wrong) She is very controversial even in the trans community for making a mockery of being a woman and making highly inappropriate jokes regarding genitals to minors. She also advocates that trans women should be considered a type of biological women. Again, if anybody sees something wrong with what im saying please tell me. I do not keep up with Dylans story due to her being very controversial and not wanting to get caught up in drama. Also, I love how neutral you both are, it's nice to see someone with a similar perspective as me in the LGBTQ community!

Hi :) thanks for giving the quick TL;DR on this Dylan person lol tbh I didn't realize how controversial they were but makes complete sense to me! I agree, we try to stay out of the drama/politics of it all and just make reactions giving our genuine perspective lol appreciate you feeling for us -- we are pretty neutral when it comes to the Community but always use our brain and common sense when it comes to certain issues 😉

Dylan not only makes a mockery of women but transwomen as well. He (imo a gay man looking for fame and money) makes all of us look stupid. I have no problem with LGBT people since I have family members who are. It's the crazy activists who try to force me to say things I don't believe in like their neopronouns of the day and who get violent against any opposition to their ideology. Why can't we just have rational reality based conversations and civil disagreements anymore?

I love the video and your channel! 🤍but I want to correct you two on something. Time stamp 4:50. Gender and Sex ARE two different things. A persons sex (the genitals they are born with) is what is placed on the birth certificate M/F. A persons gender is the spectrum of femininity or masculinity they choose to portray/feel. These definitions are supported by licensed psychiatric professionals and the DSM-5. Just wanted to clarify

Hi there! Thanks for your support here on the Channel :) and thank YOU for educating us on the difference on those two very different concepts/issues. I definitely see your point now that both are completely separate concepts and tbh I never thought of it like that. But once you explained it, it makes complete sense why Gender/Sex are separate definitions. Also, as a Psych major I'm embarrassed that I didn't know the actual definition from the DSM-5 lol it's been a long time since I went back to my psych days since I focus on all legal issues now! But thanks again for the lesson here 😄

It is SOOO refreshing to hear people who are actual members of the LGBT community speak what is reality and actual truth! I wouldnt hire that person either! You do what you're told at work and what and who you are has NOTHING to do with the customer! Its people like that "they-dy" or whatever they are, that make the rest of our community look bad! I will say this that I have watched your channel for awhile and started watching due to you speaking about the law I myself am not gay but do believe that if it makes someone happy to be with the same sex person then so be it but honestly from your perspective how does this make yall feel when these woke crazies and these that are identifying as what ever pops out of there crazy don’t you think that degrades those that want to have loving relationships with the same sex ?

Hi there! First and foremost, just wanted to say thank you for following the Channel since the beginning. The intention was always to build authority first and teach other fellow law students/bar prep takers the tips & tricks of how to pass the bar exam... As we started to make more videos, I wanted to expand more of my personal side and share with my partner and have fun with this channel. That being said, thank you for sticking around and supporting the videos :) I think you bring up a great point and something that we too have some internal conflict on and why we are so neutral within the Community.... there are separate battles within the community that touch on different issues that we don't necessarily agree with. Gender identity and sexual preference are completely separate and how we identify with the community is more on the latter. We have nothing against the gender identity initiative but just don't want to speak on issues that we don't know enough on. Thanks again for following our journey!
