Couple spends more than $100K to create children's nature centre - township calls it illegal

Robyn Mulcahy has been fighting her local township for months now over the opening of a nature school outside Perth.
She and her husband, Lanark-area MP Scott Reid, were given a building permit to put up an art studio, then had a stop-work order slapped on them, which has led to a giant legal fight.
