Como é diferente a recepção dos familiares americanos com os brasileiros. Vejo tantos familiares brasileiros rejeitando as crianças adotadas pelos casais das famílias, criticando os casais, colocando defeito nas crianças. Enquanto isso nos EUA as famílias recebem com tanta emoção, felicidade e amor. Ficam realmente felizes pelos casais, independente de cor, idade e sexo.

I know a LOT of families -- including my own -- in which adoption has been pretty good (and yes, that comes from the adoptees as well). I'm sorry if you've had a bad experience and hope that if that's true, you are able to move forward to a better place.
