I do believe this is an excellent relationship. She will grow and change over time. She will have different goals and visions for her future after about five years. I believe she is great girlfriend material for travel and fun with Steve, but he is the best she will ever find. He owns real estate, a business, and is pretty much famous. He most likely has a total net worth over 2 million dollars and she can't compare to that, unless her family has money or something. It is possible her net worth will rise, but he has the majority of the leverage in the relationship.

I think the age difference do matter. When your 35 (closer to 40) you have to look for a more stable relationship, he mention he wants a wife & family before, and being almost 23 seems like you could have a mentality of not being tide up,( like she said) and want to "live the life!" ,on top of that, long distance... seems too complicated! Both accents we're bad. I'm from the South and no one can ever guess where I can from and always surprised when I tell them. So it's more of a stereotype. Especially when there are different Southern accents. They are for sure not all the same. I went to Alabama once and it was a definite accent. Not sure if I would say it was a Southern or hillbilly accent (like hillbilly is a thing)!😭
