This video was a lot of help! I am only 11, but I believe couponing. My grandma passed away a few weeks ago, and my grandpa is going bankrupt because my grandma used to pay the bills, and earn more money from her insurance, but since she is heaven, he doesn't have any of the money to pay ANY of the bills. And, my family, loving, and caring, are giving him the money, helping him pay the bills, buy groceries, etc. So, we have been having to take short showers for the water bill, turn off the T.V. if no one is watching it, etc. So, I want to help my family with their money. Thank you for helping me and my family understand coupon! So far, it's only been a day, and I already have 5 coupons!

@ChulsZFF5 жыл бұрын
Cashiers just enforce company policies or what they're told. Their job is not worth your $1.00 extra savings. If the coupon doesn't work they can't just take that dollar off because you want it. That's why couponing is meticulous. Match up correctly and there shouldn't be a snag.
@25Canedo5 жыл бұрын
Paige Dawson am with you. Recently I went to 3 different CVS’ to get detergent using my coupons. All of them gave me different prices, which wasn’t the numbers I made. So I asked for my coupons and walked out. Until the 4th one lol the cashier worked thing out with me. So want I learned is yes the cashier plays a huge role when couponing. What I learned is talked to the cashier by he or her name. Also, if you have digital coupons have them validate those ones first then use the paper coupons. Hope it helps!

That's super sweet of you. I know personally I would love that but would be afraid to accept. I know of people who got fired because of that before. I don't believe they were doing anything sketchy but because some cashiers don't read the coupons correctly and either take too many coupons or coupons for the wrong item it almost looked like a bribe when they would watch the cameras. Sad because I'm sure it wasn't the case at all.

You are the first person who's been able to explain this in a very clear and concise manner. And I actually understood what you said. Thank you for clarifying this. I now know to be matching coupons to sales. Unfortunately, what happens is, the stores have gotten wise to this. They know the coupons that are coming out, and either they put the sale after the coupons have expired. Or they figure out some way that they won't match up. Also, I have to say, it's very rare to get an actual item for free. At least I've never been able to do it. Unfortunately, with many of these coupons today. They have such a short expiration date. That you can't hold on to them to wait for a sale to actually pop up. And lastly, another point I'd like to make. Is that we all have to remember that while we want to save money. Driving around to different stores or even into a different community, to think of getting a bargain. Is really not that smart. Why? Because you're wasting gas. If you can find a good deal in your normal shopping area, that's the way to do it. But going out of your area is just spending money unnecessary. Keep the great videos coming.

I want to see extreme couponing at Walmart please ? Stock pile on point😍
@hopelam015 жыл бұрын
I think that'll be hard because Walmart doesn't have good sales on food or household items. Grant it their everyday prices are cheap but they don't run specials.

We are a family of 5 on a single income and I’ve always wanted to coupon but being completely overwhelmed considering our grocery hauls are normally $300 at a time and takes 2 hours anyways I’m scared of the time invested I guess and not getting anything out of it but I definitely feel more equipped after this video. Could you do a video on how you plan out your haul? Maybe with Kroger bc we love Kroger haha. I have to plan everything in advance with a 4 year old and twins 🥴

I’ve never truly couponed because it seems overwhelming. This video makes it seem simple enough if you plan and are organized. Thank you

I know absolutely nothing about couponing except you can save a lot of money but it takes a lot of patience and organization among other things. This video is the first I’ve come across that breaks down so much of it so well. I think I can learn this! You have a new subscriber 😁

Thank you. I'm trying to get into couponing for not only my husband and I, but for my best friend. He has 2 kids and in this economy, basically starves himself to make sure his kids are fed and full first. I want to be able to coupon for me, for my husband, and for him. To make sure him and his kids are never without what they need.
