Dear Sandeep, Hats off to you, You can not imagine my reaction after getting the last sentence. I broke up in tears. All you said has happened exactly with me except my mom wanted me to be an engineer and I felt it and started. the only Conflict (in my mind and not with parents) was job or business. I did job for 15 yrs (out of that last 5 yrs taken enough time to decide final goal to start my own firm at the age of 37 , now 56 yrs. People say I am successful as I have 100 ppl working with me but I feel success for the only reason that my intuition and "under ki awaz" was right--at a times I was having 5 good job offers but went against my father telling me to go for as we were financially nothing). But the process I went through is same and it started right when I was a trainee in 1982. I know its a big long time. What I appreciate is clarity of the thought process and good explanation of each and every thought. Really good work you are doing guiding not only students but guardians and parents too.
