My beloved husband Jim died 3 weeks ago today. Tomorrow is our 19th wedding anniversary. To say that I needed this video tonight is an understatement. What a blessings you have given me. Tears falling still. Jim loved the nature around us especially the birds nesting nearby. He lived for his family and nature. I do feel split open. Yet, I also feel strong spiritually and can feel him urging me on to simply live my life and heal from the trauma of watching and caring for your loved one as they suffer the pain and distress of cancer. Maybe I can become like the Japanese Kintsugi art because I have broken? Thank you again and many blessings xx

Thank you, like o May below this message timely for me. My beloved daughter died 9 months ago and my beloved husband, of 47 years died 4 weeks ago. As I struggle to surrender to the changes in my life I have found that getting out of my head and into my hands, knitting sewing, gardening has helped. My son still lives with me and having to cook and support him helps too. We are both lost without the two others with whom we lived and shared our lives. I too have a sense of still having a life to live, what it will entail I do not know but in God’s strength and love I take the next step and then the next..

First and foremost, I want to say, RIP Oom Johannes and Michael’s dad. When my mom passed away almost four years ago, it broke me open too. It truly is a gift that the death of a loved one offers you, even though it's incredibly painful. I miss her every day and continue to mourn her loss. The phrase 'Ahhhh. I surrender' sent chills down my spine. It was so powerful. I've been to many grief counselors who have specific training in death and loss, but this 14-minute video summed up everything. What a GIFT! I'll be sure to watch this on repeat for a long time. There's so much wealth of wisdom packed into it. Thank you for sharing this incredible piece. Big big fan of this channel. 🤟

@FelaSuhn75Ай бұрын
I felt all of this. My grandson passed at 7 months. His birthday is 2 days before mine. He was my first born grandchild. At 5 months I asked him who had sent him to save my life. He looked at me with pity in his eyes. I knew it meant he was not going to stay. I fought back tears and tried to convince myself that I had not seen what I saw. 2 months later he was gone. The absolute worse pain I have ever experienced. I did not want to allow myself to ever love anything or anyone so deeply again. I did think I could love deeply again. And another grandchild was conceived and I was afraid I wouldn't have the capacity to love this child. I was absolutely wrong. And one day I was holding him and he began looking at a picture of his cousin/my first born grandson. I held him tight and danced with him and just cried. And I knew I was free to surrender to loving again.

So much I can relate to... again. My dad's "premature" passing (which has, ironically, opened possibilities I thought unreal for myself), the need to "be of service", the love for birds, feeling too weak (or exhausted in my case) to truly be there for other people yet trying to do at least something for the world... Yes, yes and yes... I should probably get used to almost all of your videos making me cry by now... There is so much wisdom in every word that Antoinette speaks. Its sad that Oom left the world, but we all have to die sooner or later. If one accepted life, it shall accept death too for it is also life. I hate the word "dead". Dead means end. But how could we ever possibly end? If our time in this world is over, that doesn't means that it's our end, it means that we're going somewhere else but never ending. Our life on earth is beyond precious. And the fact that one day we will leave this world makes life even more precious. How Antoinette pulled herself up again is incredible. I never thought I'd see Antoinette on this channel again but here I am watching her again. Thank you! Thank you so much for this gift.

I listen to your words not only once. So much of honesty and truth from the heart about love and grief and also about the other beings saving us, as we have to care for them. And through the care and love we give, they keep us going and keeping our hearts open. My beautiful reflections of life, thank you so dearly for making it possible to hear and meet these souls. The messages you share are precious in my life.

this experience that we call life, operates on more levels than we can imagine.. our successes, failures, and such are mere experiences on the paths we walk. whether you follow a path or not, our footprints in the sands of time reflect our journeys that we can reflect upon and hopefully learn from over our lifespan. the poets heart lives within these spaces, enjoying the journey, its twists and turns so that the illusion of this existence is stamped within our experiences that are only washed away through the tears of rain...... through joy as well as sorrow...

This is soo beautiful. I feel so broken open too by the Love I feel. I was surrendering myself too to the gift and grief of Love, and I let myself cry and then I laughed so much. Our hearts are so same when they surrender and open to Love. I am so grateful and blessed to be given this gift of Love. I'm so blessed to see someone opening and surrendering to Love. So grateful for Antoinette's loving heart ❤ ❤️ So grateful for Love. So grateful for the experience of Loss and Love which seem so same to me at times 😊🪷 Thank up for making this film, and for listening to the callings of your own heart. I'm grateful that you exist and breathe on this planet somewhere ❤ May you always be blessed ❤
