Whoever recommended Courage the Cowardly Dog for you to watch is an absolute genius!! 🤯 PLEASE make this a series!! 😍

One of my favorite cartoons growing up! Its got a great balance of fun, lighthearted moments, and genuinely creepy, nightmare inducing moments.
@GrandpaCurtisReacts3 ай бұрын
Sounds like a perfect combination to me!

this show legit gave me so many nightmares as a kid. it's just silly slapstick and goofy sounds but that draws kids in and then whacks them over the head with existential dread and psychological horror.

This show used to creep me the hell out when I was a kid. It's such a classic. 🤩😁❤️

Courage has really blown up in recent years. I thought it was forgotten for some time but I was wrong

Due to real life paranormal events, I'd be more terrified than Courage to live in an isolated house in the middle of nowhere.
@MrMLBson092 ай бұрын
My dad lives in middle of nowhere and I kid you not I heard knocking at 3AM, nobody was there, and I saw two white orbs that looked like small flashlights being shined on me within my room fly up into the wall. 28 years on Earth and nothing even remotely close to that has ever happened to me. I simply can't think of a rational explanation to this very day

That's amazing that you're doing Courage! Hope you watch more episodes! Also please note that this is not episode 1 of season 1, it is episode 2.

I love that you’re reacting to this series. I watched this as a child in the early 2000’s and it was amazing. It’s odd how at the time on Cartoon Network it consisted of very dark and gritty shows. This series is a trip and I recommend to continue it. It can be pretty emotional at times too.

One thing I love about courage the cowardly dog is all the old New York cartoon voice actors from the 40s 50s and 60s that appeared on this show like Peter Fernandez Arnold Stang Allen Swift Lionel Wilson and Arthur Anderson who did marvelous work in the 40s 50s and 60s doing voices for various New York cartoon studios That was very nice reminder that some of the New York voice actors worked in the 40s 50s and 60s we’re still alive did the best work of their careers

I wonder who would win in a sass contest: Karen or Courage's computer LOL.
@GrandpaCurtisReacts3 ай бұрын
Ooh, tough one… It’s even more fun seeing Plankton get abused than it is Courage, though. 😂
@robbiewalker2831Ай бұрын
@@GrandpaCurtisReacts Courage’s PC would win in a sass contest, because he plays it cool. Karen would flip her lid because she can’t handle being sassed back.

Curtis did you know that courage the cowardly dog was all animated in New York with no outsourcing throughout the countries

Courage just had great old school cartoon violence but had very strange and dark twist that you just didn't see in kids show. Even if its only a shadow I can't imagine any parents being ok with person ripping their head off for kids to watch. And yes thankfully it does get better and even stranger.
