In this Minecraft Video, I speedrun the experimental 1.18 minecraft snapshot! This video is not to be confused with any "Minecraft, But" challenges, beating minecraft but my friend tries to stop me (Minecraft Speedrunner VS Hunter OR Minecraft Manhunt) and it is not a Minecraft 1.17 SMP either. It's so bad it's more worth it if you get fire res, go fortress, high roll on rods and hope for 8...then you hope for a village blind and trade the gold with clerics for pearls. When waiting for the trade to reroll, chop down some trees.

Something I just want to share I've been speedrunning 1.18 for almost one month now. I got 38:37 for my PB just today, it's so hard to speedrun 1.18 because of mountains, caves, no ocean ravines, and of course the piglin trades. My 2nd PB is like 1:07:02 and having 38:37 is like a great accomplishment for me and it really got my hyped so much! My strat goes like shipwreck/village, dandelions, surface lava or cave all the way to y -50 (never dig straight down coz it will waste your time for 5-8 minutes), go neg neg for bastions then pos pos for fortresses (tested it and 80% of the time there are fortresses on pos pos). In bastions, I go for high roll so I'm gonna go do a route on 1 bastion first but for assurance I would like to get the gold blocks on the first bastion then do a route on the second one. For strongholds, well it's just the same as 1.16.1 but they're commonly deeper like -10 or -25 I guess. I can't do one cycle properly so I would always like to have a bow but my PB run made me one cycle since I forgot to make a bow! My nerves are exploding as my health and the dragon's go down then bam! 38:37! I'm not a pro but I will still keep on improving myself and make content soon like couri does here!
