Court ne goood decision sunaya hai kyonki yaha par koi apraadh ban hi nahi raha hai.... Mujhge laga tha ki chanda dene wale ne hi FIR ki maang ki hogi yah kah ke ki usase Zabardasti darake vasooola gaya hai... But court ne sahi kiya hai FIR par rok lagake... Aur waise bhi chanda dene wala aakar bhi FIR ki maang karta ki daraya gaya tha to tab bhi FIR nahi banta un logo par jin par kiye jane ki maang ki gayi thi aur waise bhi chanda to bjp party ko mila tha aur is hisab se sita niramala singh party ka malik to hain nahi to in par FIR ho hi nahi sakta aur JP nadda Adhyaksh hain BJP party ke to un par bhale hi ho satka tha lekin jaisa ki court ne kaha hai ki chanda dene wala jabtak na kahe ki daraya dhamkaya gaya hai to tabtak FIR nahi ho sakti hai... Zaruri bat ki agar koi kahta hai ki use daraya dhamkaya gaya hai aur woh phir bhi FIR darz karane nahi jata hai to phir usake jagaj koi aur jakar FIR darz karwa sakta hai aparaadh ko rokne ke liye aur tab yaha yah nahi dekha jayega ki jisako dhamki mili thi ya daraya gaya tha woh FIR karane nahi aaya hai to FIR darz nahi hogi balki tab bhi darz hogi kyonki tab mana jayega ki samaj me apraadh hua hai ya ho raha hai aur jisake sath hua hai usane khud kaha hai ki usako darakenaur dhamake usase paise liye gaye hain aur jis inshan ko darake aur dhamake usase paise le liye gaye ho to woh dar ke karan FIR darz karane kaise aayega kyonki use yah bhi dhamki mili hogi ki FIR darz karane gaya to nukshan hoga usaka. Isliye agar koi kahta hai ki usako daraya gaya tha aur FIR dars nahi karata to usake jagah koi aur bhi aakar FIR darz karwa sakta hai lekin agar kisi ne bhi yah na kaha ho ki daraya gaya tha to tab tak koi dusara bhi jakar FIR darz nahi karwa sakta hai, jo is case me hua hai kyonki isame kisi ne bhi nahi kaha hai ki usako darake usase chanda liya gaya tha isliye koi bhi FIR nahi banta hai...
