I agree with Marv. There’s a difference between pursuing vs chasing her. When you chase, it means she’s running away. Simply put, women break their own rules for the men they like. So if she’s not showing you high interest, then forget about it.

It should always be reciprocated both ways. Not chasing anybody if I don't get the vibe she's interested in me.

It's not about chasing someone that isn't interested but generally we make the first move, plan the date, we pay. If the vibe isn't there on the date the chase is over if things go well you will make the effort to plan something else. That's all Taze is saying (IMO). In the early phase if your interested you will make an effort to "win her over" as the relationship develops she will do more. This is just generally speaking.

Courting Is the wrong word being used here .. the context of the word involves marriage. to have a romantic relationship with someone that you hope to marry is courting this modern day ting is called dating ,more time there's no intention of marriage in this modern day time dating . Dating in today's culture is try before you buy. In the old school courting stage you wouldn't be having sex etc

Chasing= someone’s running away Pursuing= both recipients are pursuing each other.

I think they are both right.....and it's just the terminology that's having them on opposite sides. Tazer is right in the sense that the term courting is a man approaching a woman and essentially winning her over with his initial interest, personality, sense of humour, intellect, charisma etc. What Marv is talking about is reciprocation. No one wants to pursue a woman and she isn't also projecting interest. She has to play her part in the dance. Where he is right doe....is that through her personality, sense of humour, charisma and all them things.....she is also winning him over. So both parties are winning each other over which is why i understand Marv saying they're courting each other....but the "term" courting is never used for a woman showing interest in a man and never has been

I agree with Marv, men should never CHASE a woman. If she’s not showing a similar level of interest then it’s pointless. Especially when women tend to respond better to men who don’t reveal their feelings to them and are abit more mysterious with their level of interest.

Marv is a bit confused as to what courting means. Courting literally means to win someone over lol. However, I think both are right to a degree, they just have different styles. As a woman I can say Tazer’s style will definitely be more successful though.
