Gosh, what an amazing song. I swear no other art has the power of touching someone's heart as close as music. Thank you, Courtney Barnett.

I'm mourning the loss of my partner and this song serves as a perfect goodbye for my situation. I was never able to say they right thing and I'm thankful Courtney was able to say it for me. Oof. 💔

I've been following Courtney for a long time now and this will now be the song that resonates with me most. She just outdid Sunday Roast for me. This track is full of love and sorrow mixed the way life can be!

Even the sweetest, most caring words can carry an ominous undertone. It all depends on what remains unspoken, which is often the sign of an artist.

Love it. Rae St really resonates especially in current Sydney lock down. You seem to do this thing where the start of the song is really "simple" and then toward the end there is the care message of the song "I don't blame you" or "ya seem so stable but you're just hangin on" :-)

The musicality of Courtney's songs are now getting up to speed with the emotional resonance that the lyrics of her songs has always had. Avant Gardener was the only track which stood out clearly in terms of its sound and rhythm for me to pay notice to its lyrics for "A Sea of Split Peas", while it "Depreston" was the equivalent for "SISAT, ASIJS". Then it got better with "City Looks Pretty", "Sunday Roast" and the acoustic version of "Need A Little Time" on "TMHYRF". These recent releases from "TTT, TT" are shaping up to be great musically. Go support her album or tracks on Bandcamp everyone!

This song had so much in common to a very old tune written by my old friend, It’s called lord knows, or goodbye lazy , I can’t quite recall, the project was called ( Le vulva river ) and the album was a( I love a drunken country) anyway it’s so uncanny to hear this song and be transported back in time to a Le vulva river song I once loved
