Courtney Frerichs: 2016 NCAA 3000m Steeplechase

New Mexico's Courtney Frerichs finished with a record-setting time in the Steeplechase of 9:24:40 in the 2016 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Arkansas' Jessica Kamilos finished in second with a time of 9:41:28.
