Hi Bosh. No more accurate statement was ever made. Whenever Courtney takes a cover song and sprinkles it with her magic, the result is something that is both always spectacular and always completely blows the original away. It's always the case that when I hear how Courtney interprets a song and 'Courterizes' it, I never have any desire to hear the original again because it just can't compare with what Courtney has done with it. With 'Sucker', it is so upbeat and catchy the way Courtney sings it, you just can't stay still though it. It demands that you move. She even had you bopping to the song during the reaction. It always puts me in a great mood for the rest of the day. Truly a once in a lifetime talent. BTW, you said there were three songs in the cover sessions. There are actually four. The last one, which you haven't reacted to yet is 'Someone You Loved' by Lewis Capaldi which Courtney does as a gritty ballad. You'll love it. Courtney was 14 almost 15 when she sang these cover sessions. I understand a second set of four was cancelled when Woodstock 50 failed. These were performances made in Heaven. If her Album is of this quality it will be one if the best selling ever.

Courtney became independent in 2023 and has done over twice as much in the 3 or 4 years she was with her publishing company (as a matter of fact, her first two songs "Breakable"and "That Girl Don't Live Here" are about what she feels was abuse at their hand). She made four videos and one audio Christmas song and set up her album in 2024 which she says is finished just not released. She will also be touring in 2024 as well. It is GREAT to see her back where she has always wanted to be!!!!!

Thanks for the reaction, Bosh! Glad to see you give a shout-out to her TikTok account. She's specifically been trying to increase those subscriber numbers since late, last year and any help she can get from reactors I'm sure would be very much appreciated. 🙏 I believe the only one of 4 Cover Session songs to which you haven't listened is 🔥 "Someone You Loved" 🔥 by Scotsman, Lewis Capaldi.
