As my business comes to an end i've been reflecting on some of the things I did, or rather did not do which made building a successful company difficult and inevitably caused me to fail in my first attempt. So here are 3 mistakes you need to avoid when starting your business.

Thank you for a great video as always Courtney, such value here. *opens Google Drive and starts drafting 2022 business plan *. I am feeling the burnout from having a business and doing everything myself but can't afford to delegate yet, but it does bring me some comfort knowing it's not just me that has felt the burden of wearing all the hats all the time!! Particularly love your business/entrepreneur content, hope you are having a good week x

This was sooooo good! Thank you sooooo much for being so honest Courtney. We need more people willing to tell the truth. I'm convinced the statistics on businesses shutting down has a lot to do with the things you've shared. A lot of us depend too much on "vibes", myself included 🙈 I feel called out very lovingly in this video. Called out and empowered.

Incredible! It’s really cool to hear you share these lessons about what it really takes to not only develop but maintain a company! Thank you for sharing Courtney! CDB is undoubtedly a Business for hat you should be so grateful and proud of! Like straight out of uni! N three years?! Looking forward to seeing you how you grow and put these lessons to work in the future!! My biggest takeaway was essentially “it takes a village” - even if it can be done on my own, it doesn’t mean I should do it on my own Interestingly, this video has made me open up to entrepreneurship more!
