Take care. I have a frozen shoulder and have been seeing a chiropractor/physio so can relate. A hot water bottle on my shoulder has been helping and occasionally rubbing the red Tiger Balm into it releaves it a little. Plus obviously pain killers in between. So sorry you're poorly.

Oh no your poor cat. I'm sure they'll be fine. I'd say lots of cuddles helps - buy if it's the cat that hates being cuddled maybe not so much! Probabaly just needs your undivided attention a bit.
