I have been going to my main church for 7 years, it's a big seeker-friendly model (8 or 9 thousand members). I have had little success in meeting women there for dating/courtship. Very frustrating. Outside of that church, I seem to have much more luck meeting women to date, but am consistently disappointed in their character quality. I've never felt at home there despite trying many times to get involved in study groups and small groups, etc. It's the seeker-friendly model that seems to be the problem. "Seeker-Fiendly" is a church term for Mass-Marketing. It's in many ways the same thing, mass, impersonal, not concerned with those in the statistical demographic tails but rather the fat part of the demographic curve, the easy fruit.

I see you wrote this a year ago. You might have found someone by now! I wrote down on paper with scripture. The kind of lady I was looking for. Including proverbs 31. I put it before God and prayed over it! It took a year and it was worth it! Beware of decoys!
