FA here also and the company I work for is starting to make sure that we our ALL in proper uniform compliance. Although your day was up and down (no pun intended), it was good that you realized and took ownership of how you weren’t completely in your company’s uniform compliance..took a breather in your car and although it was still on your mind, you were able to move forward as best as you could. Wow! You've truly been through it during this sequence of duty days. As as healthcare provider, I'm certain you know this already, but eczema is an auto-immune illness that often has a tendency to flare up when stress increases in our daily lives, we experience sudden dietary changes or major shifts to our sleep schedules. I was diagnosed at 15 and mine was out of control for the first few years I was in graduate school. Continue exercising, eating healthy, and getting that good sleep. I understand this when it comes to write up. I know ever airlines are different with hair styles and how they want your buns or ponytails or braids etc to be. When it comes to something simple like uniforms or grooming a verbal warning is okay. Writing FAs up for that is unnecessary unless FAs don't listen. You are always classy and professional. Not all planes have bins that lock, they can only fit on crew members bags, or they aren't really convenient for where we're located on the aircraft. When I can use a lockable bin, I definitely use it. Thank you!
