I know. That part was seriously heartbreaking! Like her cat who loved her remains waiting for her, unaware that she can't come back. Tristyn is in Heaven now and she will eternally be in God's care! Forrest Bailey established a fundraiser dedicated to Tristyn's memory and I'm planning on contributing to it from time to time. I have a daughter who is only six months younger than Tristyn. She's my only child and she has a heart of gold. If Aiden did such a horribly unspeakable thing to my little girl, I just don't know how I would be able to carry on through my life without her! this case has been haunting me since i first heard of it. her death is truly heartbreaking. 114 stabs and 49 being defensive. poor baby girl fought. i can’t even imagine what her family and friends are going through and the trauma this has given them. aiden deserves no mercy and 25 years is NOT enough.

The loss of a child cannot be imagined. He said that when he retired him and his wife would travel to see their kids wherever life had taken them but now they don't have any direction and didn't know what to do. They definitely need to focus on the other 4 kids that they have. Or those kids are going to start feeling not just the loss of a sister but also the loss of their parents even though their parents are right there. Focus on your children that are still alive and follow them and let them be your guide and give you a different path to follow. A new direction for you to follow. But come whatever may....May God's Grace be with you and your family in your time of grief. And may His Grace wrap you in His love and protection and be with you all keeping you safe in his Holy love.

We become numb to it but we still feel sadness and grief for any family who have lost their loved ones . Unfortunately, he doesn't have any feelings of guilt, remorse, or shame. He made it very clear that the reason he killed her was simply out of curiosity to know what it felt like to kill someone and watch them die. To him, it didn't matter who it was. Therefore, Tristan didn't mean anything to him, even though she believed he was her friend and trusted him without any thoughts of him being untrustworthy. The pain and heartbreak of this family is palpable.

I was a wayward kid, I ran the streets and hung out with older boys, I hitchhiked with complete strangers, sometimes nasty, creepy strangers; I had a baby at 12... But I was a foster kid; I had no one; no one cared about me or what I was up to, certainly not my biological parents... and the foster adults assigned to look after me only wanted that government check... With all these siblings and parents among Trystin and Aiden, I'm surprised those two children were running the streets late at night, how did no one notice they weren’t in their beds at night? Some parents absolutely fail their children... Fail in supervising them, loving them and fail them by giving them too much freedom or by just not giving a darn. My son is 16 years old now; when he was a preteen, my biggest fear was that he'd turn out to be just like I was at that age; he didn't... I was lucky, lucky that we found our forever foster grannies that raised us both and continue to be in our lives… I heard Aiden's grandma say that her grandchild was given everything he wanted… my son and I have very little possessions, but we have our three foster grannies and we have each other, material things, vacations, parties, who cares? when there is a lack of love and attention❤
