Hi ditz! I've watch couple of Zyra gameplay and I'm still confuse on what runes should I used for her? Some youtubers especially Brokensupport says that Precisiou rune is better than domination? Or do you perhaps have better runes for her?

it depends on the enemy comps and what you're trying to do, against tanky comps using giantslayer rune will give you more damage for example, this one works better as a lane bully in the early (scorch) but the rest is still useful and scale till late game

I wouldn't go domination runes since the plants don't proc rune damage, use precision with giant slayer for tanky comp and resolve for heavy dps. Use transcendence as secondary rune. Riahly's is also a core item for her. With liandry's and Rhylia's your plants basically become teemo ults. No joke

I think they are gonna nerf Zyra, her early in damage is way to high despite her low hp. In laning phase any mage gets caught would most likely lose over half their hp, this is due to the fact that most mages/enchanters have lower hp and higher damage then other classes (Levels 3-5 is pretty strong for Zyra because she can one shot or deal severe damage to champions like Ahri who can’t really escape until level 5 and her charm is pretty predictable, Seraphine can sorta lane because most people playing her probably won’t try to attack back and just farm instead, Zoe is similar to Ahri, her bubble is sorta better because she can increase range through walls to make her bubbles more unpredictable, I’m pretty sure Zoe has the lowest health out of all these characters besides Zyra,mentioned so she has the highest chance to get one shot). Zyra can also abuse the first strike rune to get free money from her plants (I haven’t tested this out but I’m pretty sure that her plants do activate first strike). Also you may have noticed her high attack speed, if the enemy is a mage she can constantly walk up use her abilities to put down her plants and harass with her auto attacks with electrocute increasing her damage further and if the enemy tries to fight back she can just use her root ability which then causes them to even more damage. In conclusion nerf Zyra. But she is fun to play despite being really strong so I hope they don’t completely nerf her too much. Oh yea I also forgot to include the fact that if Zyra gets caught she would most likely die as well but I think that most Zyra’s wouldn’t get caught during laning phase and just hide in the back and just use her plants to get minions and step up to hit a root and deal some damage.

One of her best skins! I just realized that they turned her “headpiece” into a pile of feathers instead of black dove wings like her splash art. Lowkey bothered but it’s still slaying! Sad she’s gonna get nerfed though it’s been coming since her release since she zones so aggressively.

her plants count as her spells, so it's not really on-hit for item like liandry and rylai, since it's based on spells on-hit is for effects that active on basic attack (or skills if it mentioned in it's desc) like BotRK, Sheen, etc And yeah, she's pretty annoying to deal with with Liandry 😂

Shes really broken tbf and the only champ that can counter Zyra was Twitch, Sona, MF. Theres some few champ can counter but they werent release yet which is Taric, Bard, and Xerath. I might try use MF to counter her. I wanna try Twitch but because he got nerf cuz of items (maybe), i dont really have a good item for him. Also Zyra is being a "Plant vs Zombie" moment. Her peashooter is kinda cool

I still didn't try her in an actual game from what I saw and the little time I tried her in training, she will most likely be a champion that I will love lol. Zyra so OP she can solo Baron as a Support, I was shocked when the enemy team on my last game killed baron despite seeing only 2 enemies and 2 others is dead, I tried her on custom and she really can solo it without taking damage just poking it since aggro is on the plants, also im 3 wins away from Emerald and I wish I can climb on it before 2023 is ending

I think out of this batch of new champs sivir and fiddle were more broken on release, but people just seem to be scared of her cc and don't know how to counter her, most just stand in her ult it's so funny xD, she definitely needs damage nerfs but she's not too broken, just has a good utility kit. her plant's damage and it's spammability because of her rework is another reason too, it's too much to handle, you can one shot them in early but later on you need few hits, and it'll likely delete some of your HP before you can even kill one, so i'm expecting a damage and cooldown nerf on her

ikr, it's easy at first since you can one shot them, but later on by the time that you manage to kill one, some of your HP would be deleted already 😂, not to mention that it has a really short cooldown, so all you can do is either kill her or go away 💀 and yeah, it's pretty good as a ward too due to it's spammability and range

you can, but the early is painful since the monsters one shot your plant, and you can't tank them well compared to other champs, but she's really strong later on, she can even solo baron with her plants alone
