This is poetic beauty at it's finest. The lyrics are from a German Romantic poem and the title is called Tears in Rain, which I'm sure someone checking this out knows that's a line from Bladerunner. I'll post the lyrics in English. This song was done in English as well (that's the more famous version, not this German one).
